Returns, Refunds and Manufacturer Liability Policy

Because each Couch Undercover product is manufactured to order and may include customer-selected options, all sales are considered final. Couch Undercover does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer errors, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction resulting from selections made during the purchasing process.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Selection of materials, finishes, colors, sizes, accessories, or other customization options.
Incorrect measurements provided by the buyer.
Improper assembly, installation, placement, modification, or use of the product.
Damage caused during handling, assembly, installation, or normal use after delivery.
Any purchasing decision made by the buyer that does not meet their expectations after the product has been received.

Damaged or Defective Products

Couch Undercover stands behind the quality of its products and accepts responsibility for manufacturing defects and shipping-related damage.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the buyer must notify Couch Undercover within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the product, packaging, and any visible shipping damage.

Upon verification of the claim, Couch Undercover will, at its sole discretion:

Replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost to the buyer; or
Issue a full or partial refund, as deemed appropriate based on the circumstances.

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation or outside the reporting period may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Couch Undercover's liability is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of products determined to be damaged during shipping or defective due to manufacturing error. Couch Undercover shall not be liable for damages, losses, costs, or expenses resulting from buyer error, improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow provided instructions.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Returns, Refunds, and Manufacturer Liability Policy.
